Carrots 1kg
Beetroot 1kg
Appels 5
Habanero Chillis 100g
Zuccini 5
Spinach 1 bunch

Cucumber 2
Pineapple 1
Mango 5
Mellons 2 ( different ones)
Banana 5
Pawpaw 2
Grapes 500g
Berries 500g

Method

  • Juice the harder veg and fruit
  • Blend the rest
  • Once you have mixture together weigh the amount
  • Add Brown sugar to the same Weight 1:1 Ratio
  • Add EM1 1% volume + IMO2 1% volume
  • Ferment for 15 days or PH 4.5 to 4.8
  • Strain and use at a ratio of 1:1000 up to 5:1000
