Spinach 1 bunch
Cucumber 2
Pineapple 1
Mango 5
Mellons 2 ( different ones)
Banana 5
Pawpaw 2
Grapes 500g
Berries 500g
Method
- Juice the harder veg and fruit
- Blend the rest
- Once you have mixture together weigh the amount
- Add Brown sugar to the same Weight 1:1 Ratio
- Add EM1 1% volume + IMO2 1% volume
- Ferment for 15 days or PH 4.5 to 4.8
- Strain and use at a ratio of 1:1000 up to 5:1000
